Happy Halloween

As promised here are some pictures from our successful evening of trick or treating. The evening was rather uneventful (with the exception of an unfortunate incident involving Ben and dog poop about an hour before trick or treating commenced...no need to share the dirty details). My camera batteries were acting screwy so I didn't get very many pics. It was a balmy evening for Halloween and we enjoyed trick or treating once again with the Burrell's--Audrey (monkey last year, princess this year) and the Chaplins. This group seems to have established a tradition of trick or treating. Aunt sissy joined us for the festivities and the evening culminated with Joe sleeping, Ben going into a sugar coma and passing out early, and Dean heading out to the Speedway sectional game (they won). I had the whole night to myself. It was awesome.
Happy Halloween!
This picture was clearly taken at the end of the evening...Ben looks wired and Joe looks like he has had it!

As a side note...I am preparing to leave my family yet again for the weekend. I was in Washington, DC 3 weekends ago with a group of kids we work with through the PeyBack Foundation and Child Advocates and this weekend I will be traveling to Columbus, IN for a CYF retreat with the high school youth group from our church. Pray for my boys while I am gone! I know they will be fine, but I will definitely miss them.

JoeJoe!!!!! I love his floppy hat! Awww...I miss them sooooo much. Tell Benny to save me a piece of his Halloween candy for December, as I'm missing sweets so much in Spain.

Miss you and love you guys! :)
