Money for God

I was cleaning the house on Friday afternoon and Joey came running into the bathroom proudly clutching a dollar bill and holding it in front of his face with his eyes wide and a huge smile on his face. "Look momma" he said "Money for God!" He had found the dollar bill somewhere, likely in my wallet but whatever, and his first thought was that he had found "money for God" or money to put in the church "bank" at Sunday School. I was so proud and amazed by his genorisity. There are adults, his parents among them, who struggle with tithing and yet here was this sweet, innocent little boy who was willing to give all he had at that moment "to God." Man I love that kid.
