while making m & m cookies this afternoon (becoming one of J and my specialties, FYI).
joey: "Hey! I know, I can be the boss and you can be my elf!"
me: "Cool. You mean assistant?"
joey: "Yes. My assistant elf!"
Joe makes my heart happy. Always. Even when he is being a, um, challenge, he is still one of the greatest kids I know. Oh, how I love him.
