As mentioned in my previous post, the bride was beautiful last weekend, but I know even she would agree that the Ring "Bear" stole the show! Well, maybe not really, but he was so ridiculously cute. We were a little nervous about how the day would go. Ben had a complete meltdown when we tried the tux on him on Friday morning. He was very well behaved during the rehearsal on Friday night, but I was still apprehensive about his big walk down the aisle...and what state of dress he would be in!
Not only did he wear the tux, but he looked so beautiful and proudly walked all the way down the aisle and stood quietly by mommy. He was so sweet when Michelle started walking down the aisle, he turned to me with a big grin, and said "there she is mommy!" He lasted next to me for about 5 minutes and then sat down with Dean for a couple of minutes, before the two of them proceeded back to the cry room for the duration of the ceremony. I was so proud of him.
Unfortunately, Benny fell asleep in the car for about 20 minutes on our way to the reception...just long enough for him to be REALLY crabby when we tried to wake him up. Fortunately, Dean's sister was at the reception and she ended up taking Ben home with her so Dean and I were able to dance the night away and enjoy watching Michelle and Clint. Thank you Barb!
It was a wonderful evening and I enjoyed every minute of the day. I still don't have a ton of pictures, but will share those that have been shared with me!
