CHICAGO TRIP
My college roomate, Kate, is getting married this winter and her bridal shower/bachelorette party was in Chicago Labor Day weekend. I was so thrilled to get to enjoy a rare weekend away with girlfriends. I only see my college roomates about once or twice a year (depending on how many weddings there are!) so it was such a treat to spend time with them. Kate is going to be a beautiful bride and I hope I am able to make it to share her big day...she is getting married about 10 days before my due date so we shall see.

Melanie... You look great! These are awesome pictures with the girls. Is that Kate with the really long hair?
BTW... I can't see the baby bump in any of these pictures. Boo.

Yep, Kate's hair is super long and blonde. The bump is not so much a bump as a large appendage from my body! I have very nearly gained the same amount of weight with this baby that I gained with my entire pregnancy with Ben! Yikes! I will try to post a picture of my girth shortly!
