Time for another conversation between Ben and I... Ben (while innocently playing in the bathtub): "Hey Mom! Ass and applesauce both start with the letter A!" Me (somewhat dumbfounded): "That's right. They do. ..... Ben? What does Ass mean?" Ben (while scrunching up his face and making kind of pained look): "You know mom. It's kind of like when you spill something on your skin and it burns SO bad." Me (relieved): "Ben. I think you mean acid." Ben: "Oh yea. Acid. That's what I meant."
