Joey's Last Day of School

Because I chaperoned Benny's class field trip, Joey was able to go to school one extra day last week and as luck would have it, it was his last day of school for the year.  He was so excited and his teachers were glad to have him for an extra day but sad to know he would not be in their class next year.  I think they really, really enjoyed having the Joe Bug in their class this year.  What's not to love about this face?

Joey has learned so much this year.  He knows all his colors, shapes, and can count to 20 (if he can stay focused on that task).  He is working on identifying letters and is pretty hit or miss on that right now.  He loves to sing songs, dance, play any sport available, read books, and paint.

Joey's best friends at school were Trey Chaplin, Macy DeLisle, and Carson Colon.  At school he loved playing downstairs, making crafts, and eating lunch with his friends!

Joey also just got a new tricycle and is really enjoying going for bike rides and just loves being outside in general.

Joey has an awesome personality.  He is kind, curious, silly, brave, and confident.  He, sadly, still has several times each and every day where his silliness gets the best of him and he acts inappropriately.  We are working on this.

I love my Joe Bug so so much and am so lucky to call him mine.  Great job at school this year, buddy.  Keep up the good work!
