VROOOOOOM

The insanely hot temperatures (over 105 degree heat index) yesterday couldn't keep us away from the track. We were lucky enough to score some suite passes and decided to take the boys to watch the action on the track as the boys of NASCAR got in some practice laps leading up to today's Brickyard 400. We took Kirin with us and laughed as she and Ben were simply thrilled to be reunited after a several week separation due to Kirin being at the lake and on vacation.

The kiddos were really wound up as we made our way to the track and thought they were super cool with their fancy lanyards!

Joey loved everything about the track, except maybe the long walk there, which really wasn't so long, but must have been terrible for those little chubby legs of his! He opted for a ride and a better view!

The kids were all so well behaved in the suite. They ate their weight in popcorn and drank their way through as much Sprite as they could manage in an hour and a half!

Ben thought the cars were too loud but Joey seemed enthralled. I think Daddy has a fellow race fan on his hands!
