Ben and Rachel couldn't wait for an opportunity to dunk Doug (Rachel's dad), our minister, in the dunk tank!!
and they weren't the only ones...it seemed all the kiddos were excited to see Doug get wet!
Ben's first two attempts were off the mark...
but he got him on the third try...with a little help!
After the dunk tank, Ben and Rachel entered a water balloon toss contest. They did surprisingly well!
Next up were sno cones and a chance to dunk Randy (the children's minister).
Per usual, Dean and I split up to chase after one kid at a time. We prefer man to man defense. I was on Ben duty most of the time and Dean took Joe.
After a couple hours of fun, Joe was beat and needed to go home for a nap. We were packing up and looking for Benjamin when much to our surprise we discovered he had entered a watermelon eating contest!!!!
He did awesome and won a medal (graciously given to him by the 1st place adult eater, Doug) for his watermelon eating efforts!!
